We look to acquire net leased properties or multi-tenant office buildings, shopping centers, and industrial warehouses. We look for either well-located, irreplaceable real estate or distressed, turnaround opportunities. When purchasing net lease properties, we prefer high-credit tenants with at least 10 years remaining on the lease term or ground leases with varying lease expirations.
